Blackhawk (BHN) entrusted Service Innovation Group to manage new card implementations and transitions. With a Benelux field sales team of over 30, we ensured their gift cards and prepaid cards achieved maximum visibility and impact in stores.

Comprehensive Retail Support

We provided fully trained retail merchandisers to:

  • Enhance in-store visibility of gift cards and prepaid cards.
  • Schedule one-off, monthly, and weekly visits using retailer sales data to target the right stores at the right time.
  • Focus on retailers such as Kruidvat, Trekpleister and Bruna

Results Achieved by the Benelux team

  • A total of  2500 visits over 2024
  • Visits carried out across 3 major retailers.
  • 15% (NL) - 25% (BE) average improvement in POG compliance from entry to exit
  • 99% exit POG compliance achieved.
  • Proactive removal of delisted stock and outdated POS, ensuring only new stock was available in stores.
  • Comprehensive OOS reporting, enabling timely stock replenishment.
  • Day 1 promo compliance reports for all activities, ensuring promotions were executed flawlessly.
